ファーウェイは“たぶん”終身雇用じゃないから
同じような事業を似たような規模で行っている企業同士なら、人件費の総額にそう大きな違いはありません。差が出るのは分配の仕方が原因です。日本の大手企業は終身雇用なので、どうしても毎月の給料は低く抑える必要があります。細く長く支払うイメージですね。また、年功序列で高給取りのベテラン社員が大勢いるので、その人たちにまわす人件費も確保しないといけません。結果、新人の初任給は低く抑えられることになります。そうしたしがらみのないファーウェイの場合は、自由に労働の対価として相応しいと考える賃金水準を提示でき、それが40万円だったというわけです。「たぶん終身雇用じゃない」と書いたのは、そうはいっても若く勢いのある同社の場合は結果的に長期雇用が成立する可能性が少なくないからです。ちなみに「日本の労働法制の下で終身雇用じゃない働かせ方なんて出来るの？」と疑問に思う人もいるでしょうが、採用時にあらかじめ業務内容を明確にし、相応の賃金を支払っておけばたいていの場合は何とかなります。
そして、日本企業も“たぶん”終身雇用じゃない
というわけで、きっと読者の中には「なら、長く安定して働きたいなら終身雇用の日本企業が良くて、リスクを取りたいならファーウェイの方がおススメってことですね？」と思った人もいることでしょう。90年代だったら、筆者もそうアドバイスしたと思います。でも、シャープや東芝の例を見ても明らかなように、大企業といえども終身雇用が保証できる時代ではなくなりました。文字通り解雇されるようなケースは稀でも、ぜんぜん畑違いの業種に配置転換されたり、追い出し部屋のような扱いを受け止むを得ず離職する人は珍しくありません。そういう意味では、「職を失うリスク」はファーウェイも日本企業もたいして変わらないだろうというのが筆者の意見です。むしろ、日本企業にはまったく別のリスクもあります。それは「65歳まで雇ってもらうこと前提で会社に預けておいた報酬を受け取れなくなるリスク」です。同じ「職を失うリスク」がある以上、生産性に応じた賃金をタイムリーに払ってくれるファーウェイの方がむしろ低リスクだと筆者は考えますね。DeNAやサイバーエージェントといった非・年功序列型企業が東大生の就職先として人気のある現実を踏まえれば、ファーウェイもきっと優秀層の注目を集めることでしょう。他の日本企業が優秀層を囲い込むには、生産性の低い社員をリストラし、人事制度も脱年功序列のものに改め、ファーウェイ以上の初任給を提示するしかありません。今回のファーウェイの求人は、優秀層の争奪戦を通じて、中期的に日本企業全体に変革を促す外圧となるでしょう。

これは会社の中でも同様で一番働く２０～３５歳台が犠牲になり役に立たない定年間際の人や
一番始末の悪い執行役員に吸い取られます。
正当な対価が支払われない国の企業で働く自体己を虐待しているようなものです。
４０万の話ってここまで記事にするような話じゃないような
アジアの企業でいえば一昔前もサムスンもそうだったし
ある大金出して日本人を捕まえては捨て

日本企業も金を出して確保すればいいだけ
東大工学系院卒を月給20万そこらで
雇えると考えることの方が異常
退職時とその後にプラスにならないならただの損
就職を出来るならした方がベターだよ。日本企業は法令順守もしない企業が多く
ホワイト企業は少ない。グローバル企業は法令順守はしっかりしてる
日本の若者は頑張れ！
