会社が人を株式会社に見立てるサービス「VALU（バリュー）」をYoutuberのヒカルが始め、ファンの買いを煽る為に株主優待を匂わせるような発言やツイートを行いました。
しかし株価が上がってきたところで身内のみ（NextStage、株式会社VAZ顧問の井川氏など）が所持している株を全て売却し、最終的に優待はしないと宣言。
これにより損をしたユーザーなどによる批判の声が相次ぎヒカルはネット上で炎上、NextStage顧問の井川氏はインサイダー疑惑が持たれるなど話題になっているようです。騒動の一連の流れをまとめました。
