【孫くんまたね】声優・鶴ひろみ（57）さんの死因は大動脈剥離 ドラゴンボールのブルマ役、アンパンマンのドキンちゃん役などで活躍
青二プロダクションは書面を通じて「ここに生前の御厚誼に深謝するとともに、謹んでご通知申し上げます」と伝え、通夜および告別式については親族のみにて家族葬を執り行うとしている。
17日には、突然の訃報を受け、ばいきんまん役の中尾隆聖、バタコさん役の佐久間レイ、『ドラゴンボール』でベジータの声を務めた堀川りょうが所属事務所を通じてコメントを発表。
中尾は「あまりにも急なことで、とてもショックを受けております。30年間も一緒にやらせていただいたドキンちゃん。こんなことになるなんて、言葉が見つかりません」。堀川は「まさに青天の霹靂 とても信じられない！彼女とは色々な作品でご一緒させてもらったので残念です。お悔やみ申し上げます」としのんだ。
佐久間は「突然すぎて 何故 鶴さんへの追悼コメントを書かなければならないのか理解できていません。頭では理解していても心が受け止め切れておりません」と沈痛し「アンパンマンでご一緒してから30年親族のように感じてまいりまた。“さりげなく、温かく、 どこまでもまっすぐな人”それが私の中の鶴ひろみさんです」。
「ハザードをつけていた と伺った時鶴さんらしいと思いました どんな状況でも最後までキッチリと周りの迷惑を最小限に…そんな想いがあったのではないでしょうか。照れ屋で寂しがりやの鶴さん ドキンちゃんそのものでした。
バタコはいつまでもそんなドキンちゃんが大好きです これからもみんなずっと一緒です」と思いを記した。

解離（－）、瘤（＋）・・・・大動脈瘤の成因は、解離以外にもあるわけでたとえば高血圧、感染症など
急性大動脈瘤の頓死の多くは、A型解離で心タンポナーデを合併したもの
原因を解離に問わず、とにかく動脈瘤が破裂したら、その場所を問わずにだいたい頓死。
この辺が、多くの人（医師も含めて）、渾然一体、ごちゃごちゃに使われてる感あり。
