特に最後の「時代の問題」はかなりでかい。
CD・通信ケーブル・カードゲーム・漫画
これらはどれも、インターネットがない子ども達が遊ぶには格好のコンテンツで全面的に押し出せた。
更に携帯ゲームに限らず、任天堂の優遇で６４とコラボできたりなど、
ポケモンから発祥するゲームの進化もウケて相乗効果になったのが勝因。先駆者がいないというのもやはり強かった。
一方今の時代は子供にもスマホに手が届き、パソコンが習い事にさえする時代。
便利すぎるコンテンツもあるが、何より情報量が一度に大量に手に入りやすい。
故に瞬間的には強くても、継続はしない。これが違いだろうに。多分けものフレンズもそう（あれは別の要因もあったが）
ポケモンも今はこの影響を受けているせいか、GOも便利になりすぎてズル（位置偽造等）からブームが冷めたり
ポケダンなども”制約”の中で作られることで輝いたものも、今は自由度が大きくなりすぎて価値が薄れていくなど、
外伝ものはポケモンといえど苦戦しているイメージ。
あとはポケモンを楽しく作ってくれている制作者達の勢いだろう。任天堂関連は”継続力”というのには本当強いから今も楽しめるんだと思う

自分はコマさん好きの妖怪ウォッチのファンも兼ねているけど妖怪には思い付きだけで作られた捨てキャラが結構いるのでポケモンに比べると愛着度が弱い
